Quality and Environmental Policy

The basic guideline of the company is the continuous improvement of the quality of hygienic paper products, resources and logistics in order to develop the Company and realize profits.

By adopting the standards ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, we have undertaken the obligation of continuous improvement and improvement of the quality management system and environmental management system.

The basic goal of the company is to develop partnerships with customers and create ultimate satisfaction through responses to customer requirements.

We organize our business processes according to the principles of sustainable development, which is why we strive to use all types of energy as rationally as possible and reduce them in relation to the unit of finished product, while keeping in mind the smallest impact on the environment.

Product quality is the result of the work of all employees, and individually each employee is responsible for performing their work tasks and participating in the continuous improvement and reduction of environmental impact. As a company that, among other things, bases its business on the principles of social responsibility, safety at work and health safety, we set ourselves as one of the main goals that is present 24 hours a day.

All quality and risk management processes must be planned, implemented in controlled conditions, and the results of processes and risks must be evaluated in order to continuously improve the efficiency of the quality management system.
